- Identifiers & contact data: name, email, phone number, country, and messaging-app handle (e.g., WhatsApp).
- Inquiry & health-related information you voluntarily provide when requesting a consultation or quote, such as your treatment of interest and relevant medical history. We process this only to respond to your request.
- Account data: if you register an account to access certain sections of the site (e.g., before & after galleries), we store the credentials necessary to authenticate you.
- Usage data: IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, and referring site, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
